This 10x14 storage shed is located at our Berlin location. The Cottage style offers the classic salt box look which is iconic throughout New England. This building has what we call the New England package. With this upgrade you obtain 1x6 fascia, 1x4 wood corners, classic New England style hinges, wider door trim, and Z style shutters. To the left and right of the 5' double doors are 2 18x36 single hung windows. As you enter into the structure it is framed out with our standard construction which consists of 2x4 studs spaced 16" on center, double top plates, double studs in the corners, and 2x4 rafters. The siding is an LP Smart Siding with smart finish which not only gives it a clean look, but also gives you a 50 year warranty. This structure is roofed with lifetime Timberline shingles, and has a 25 year PerformMax floor.
